Team hands

Our teams

At Cornerstone, we know that our people are the difference between simply providing care and providing purposeful, enriching and meaningful experiences every moment of every day.

All our colleagues, from our carers and nurses  to hospitality and housekeeping, activities, maintenance, and support teams, are picked for their aptitude, experience, and empathy.

Our teams are trained and qualified to care for people who have sometimes been unable to stay in other care services because their needs have been deemed too high or too challenging. But at Cornerstone, our people's expert clinical care skills and approach mean that people with the most complex and multiple needs can find a place to call home

Meet the team

Our Senior Leadership Team ensures our services run safely and effectively and that our nursing and care teams are well supported so they can focus on enriching the lives of our residents.
