Kitnocks House has retained its Good rating following a recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, with inspectors praising its person-centred approach, strong leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.

Kitnocks House was described as providing “consistently kind and person-centred care, supported by strong leadership, a positive culture and a clear focus on safety, learning and continuous improvement.” Inspectors also highlighted the home's positive learning culture and the strong relationships staff develop with residents.
The rating demonstrates the home's continued commitment to providing the very best care for residents, whilst reflecting the organisation’s ongoing focus on continuous improvement.
